Welcome to Feng Shui Wellness Cleaning! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Feng Shui Wellness Cleaning offers eco-friendly home cleaning, Feng Shui-inspired space resets, move-in/move-out cleaning, and on-demand cleaning services. The scope of work for each service will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Clients must book services at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon scheduling.

  • We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to losing the deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees (approx. $25).

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in losing the deposit fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of fifty percent of the total is required to book our services, with the remaining balance due upon completion. unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept payment via check, Zelle, Cash App, and cash at the consultation appointment or during online booking

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of $25.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • We do not offer refunds but will provide a complimentary re-cleaning at no additional charge of the space of concern.

6. Liability & Damages

  • We take great care in handling your home, but we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.

    • Items not properly secured or delicate valuables.

    • Unforeseen damage caused by improper material surfaces or conditions.

  • Clients must remove fragile or high-value items before the cleaning service.

7. Health & Safety Policy

  • Our team follows strict safety and hygiene protocols, including using non-toxic, eco and pet-friendly cleaning products.

  • If your home has hazardous conditions (e.g., infestations, mold, unsafe environments), we reserve the right to refuse service.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to the home at the scheduled time (via key, lockbox, or someone present).

  • If our team cannot access the home, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Clients must disclose special instructions, cleaning preferences, or restricted areas in advance.

  • Clients must disclose any animals not secured during the cleaners visit and must be willing to secure animal if requested by cleaner. If no agreement can be made, we reserve the right to refuse service.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled securely. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • We will never share your information with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Feng Shui Wellness Cleaning may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
